WE SUPPORT OUR CUSTOMERS ACROSS CHANNELS

Signagecloud does not provide telephone support, the reason being that it is impossible to offer a quality product at an attractive price without making some compromises. We have decided to compromise on human resources rather than the technical; thus, we have not employed a team of hotline personnel waiting to answer customer telephone enquiries.

For issues not needing immediate attention, you could send an email to us. The email is frequently attended, expect a reply within 24-48 hours.
